Full use of house, private pool, dedicated concierge services, benvenuti groceries on arrival and two & a half hours daily cleaning are included. The pool has an automatic cover for child protection & to help reduce heat loss if closed overnight (not heated). The pool is open from the beginning of April to mid October.
Benvenuti groceries includes local bread, fresh milk, butter, jam, fruit juice, water, tea, coffee, sugar and eggs. This can be extended to the Toscana package which includes a selection of local cheese and ham delicacies and fresh fruit and vegetables, plus we offer optional fine Chianti wine & prosecco on arrival.
Daily cleaning of kitchen and communal areas can be upgraded to include the 'Beds and Bathrooms' service which includes a mid week linen change & daily cleaning of bathrooms & bedrooms.
An in-house cook, babysitter, driver, a selection of private wine & cultural tours, cookery classes and spa treatments are all available for guests to pre-book.
Le Pratola is Wi-Fi enabled & a laptop p.c. is available for guest use.
Weeks begin Saturday 16:00 and end Saturday 10:00. Le Pratola is also available for long weekends and can be hired on a daily basis (outside High Season) & for special events. Please contact us for special terms & conditions.
