Terms
All rentals subject to signing a Letting Agreement (see below). Initial deposit of 50% required with balance payable 65 days before arrival date. A refundable deposit of EUR 3,000 is payable.
Check in 16:00 to 19.00 and check out 10:00.
Heating charges EUR 0.80 per litre plus tax, as per meter reading. Pool heating EUR 60 per day including days before arrival to reach required temperature. Extra housekeeping at EUR 16 per hour. Personal laundry at EUR 16 per hour. Babysitting service on request at EUR 16 per hour.
